“What sets EAG apart from most other companies in our industry is our approach to saving energy” said Curt Monhart, VP Sales & Marketing for the Energy Alliance Group of Michigan. “We take the guess work out of an overwhelming number of potential energy saving solutions and provide the most effective technologies in terms of performance and life cycle costs.”
A tremendous amount of savings can be realized through lighting replacements alone. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, over 80% of all lighting fixtures in the U.S. were installed before 1986 and over 500 million bulbs are still in service that are to be phased out by 2014. Today’s LED and Induction lighting technologies offer longer life and tremendous utility savings over high intensity discharge (HID) lamps with an exceptional return on investment.
